Can't I just turn it off?
you can. your crew sees it the moment you do. that is the point.
What does Warden see on my phone?
which guarded app is open, and for how long. never what is inside it: no messages, no feeds, no browsing history.
Do I need a watch?
no. steps come from your phone through Health Connect or Apple Health. workouts pay for heart-rate-active minutes, so those need a watch or a strap.
Why not just use Screen Time?
limits you set alone are easy to skip. here you earn the minutes, and your friends keep score.
What happens at bedtime?
after your bedtime (23:00 unless you change it), minutes cost double. each day starts again at 0.
Is the computer app safe?
the Mac, Windows and browser apps are open source. anyone can read the code and check what they send. the privacy policy lists all of it.
